Edith Montes Ramirez

Edith graduated from UC Irvine in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Health Policy. Following her undergraduate studies, she worked as a Community Health Worker for a COVID-19 outbreak management unit in Los Angeles County, where she played a vital role in addressing public health challenges during the pandemic. She also participated in UCSF’s California Pathways into Public Health Fellowship, contributing to the Los Angeles Department of Public Health’s Community and Field Services Department. In her current role at EatSF-Vouchers 4 Veggies, she will be coordinating community partnerships including all partnerships under the HSA-funded grocery-voucher program and providing customer service to Spanish-speaking participants.
